Service department of DS Controls carries out all range of warranty and post warranty works for maintenance of control, shutoff-and-control and shutoff valves.

Service center

Specialists of the company will make valves diagnostics by means of modern equipment without having to remove the valve from the process piping, will check adjustment of the control device (positioner) and adjust it in case of need. Based on the results of the check the customer will receive the full report.

Customer personnel training

Training of the customer in assembling, operating and maintaining of valves.

Installation supervising

Engineers can visit the unit during installation and commissioning of equipment to supervise progress of work and to carry out express-training of specialists in correct operation of equipment. This lets to reduce expanses connected with the start-up of the process equipment.

Maintenance recommendations

To plan and optimize equipment repair process specialists of DS Controls will prepare recom-mendations for periodicity and scope of maintenance.

Diagnostics

Carrying out of diagnostics allows avoiding the off-schedule repair, reducing maintenance expenses, preparing for the schedule repair in time.
